Natasha Pettersen joined the Rubicon team as a Consultant in 2007, after spending over 4 years with a leading hotel booking agency. 

Specialising in the junior market Natasha works on behalf of well known hotel groups which include Kew Green/QMH, and Accor.  Her assignments include Sales Coordinators/Sales Executives/BDM’s/Account Managers and Area/Regional Sales Managers across the UK.  Natasha enjoys the headhunting part of the role and thrives on closing down a successful project. 

As one of our more computer savvy consultants Natasha is always at hand to help the team out. 

All the consultants at Search & Selection are candidate driven and Natasha is no exception to that and makes it her priority to interview each new candidate to ensure a swift successful appointment is made.
