In 1999, Emma Barton, Partner, launched Rubicon Search &
Selection Ltd, after recognising a need in the market place to
provide a specialist service for Sales & Marketing personnel at
all levels in the hotel/hospitality sector.
She says "It was obvious to me following 11 years in the
recruitment sector, sales people were crying out for a
specialist who could offer a tailor made service, without the
frills and fabrications, and where financial gain was not the
motivating factor."
